Beverlyn Elliott rekindled her passion for creative writing a few years ago, is the holder of an MBA and has written business contracts most of her life. She currently workshops with a great group of writers at Zoetrope.com, has completed one novel, and is working on another. Flash fiction and short stories have become a near obsession; she has penned over forty flash pieces and short stories that are looking for good homes. Elliott has short stories published or forthcoming in Pressboard Shanty, Apollo’s Lyre, Muscadine Lines: A Southern Journal, Yellow Mama and a nonfiction piece in Flash Fiction Chronicles. Elliott lives in Tallahassee, Florida, with her husband. They have three children who are old enough to know their mother spends most of her free time living in a fantasy world.
